Park Enterprises now has six computer programs available to help you and your swim team during the upcoming season. The "Swimming Statistics" program is available in three computer formats: (1) Windows, (2) DOS, or (3) the Macintosh. The "Swim Meet Organizer" and the "Swim Meet Scorer" programs are available only for IBM/Compatibles, either Windows or DOS format.
When ordering please specify the type of computer you plan to use.
The WINDOWS Statistics, Organizer, & Scorer programs have the ability to save reports in "HTML" format. HTML files may be posted directly to your internet web site or may be emailed to the newspapers, television, or any other interested party.

SWIMMING STATISTICS Windows (HTML Capabilites), DOS, Macintosh: This program keeps track of your team's statistics over the course of the season. The Windows and Macintosh versions track statistics for an unlimited number of teams while the DOS version tracks statistics for up to 6 teams. The Windows version capacities are as follows for each team; statistics for up to 80 athletes, 40 meets, 30 events, 10 entries per event, and a maximum of 9 events per athlete. The capacities of the DOS and Macintosh versions per team are as follows; statistics for up to 80 athletes in up to 32 meets. There is a maximum of 27 events on the Dos version and 24 on the Macintosh version. There may be 8 entries per event. Each athlete may be in a maximum of 9 events per meet. The program creates a pre-meet line-up that you may print out if you wish. You select entries for each event from a names' menu. You may add/change/delete your meet line-up at any time prior to the meet. After the meet, you add the effort and place won for each competitor. The program has an error-correction routine for typing errors made when entering meet stats. You may print out single meet statistics by name or by event. You may print season-to-date stats at any time that includes total points, all efforts, places, and meets for one/some/all athletes. There is a maximum of 16 place scoring (or fewer if desired). Scoring can be changed each meet. Individual events and relays can be different. The program scores ties. Unscored events can be listed but no points credited. Relay points can be split in 4ths or all points to each relay member. You may add names or events during the course of the season. Season-ending data removal routine is included to prepare the program for next season (if desired). Rank-ordered season bests for each event may be viewed or printed at any time (top 10, all efforts ranked, etc.).

SWIM MEET ORGANIZER Windows (HTML Capabilites) or DOS only: This program sets up your meets. No special knowledge is necessary to input events. Anyone can do it. Program capacities are as follows; Windows version has an unlimited number of meet files. Within each meet file, there may be up to 50 events, 100 schools, 100 athletes per school, and 100 entrants per event. Dos version has male/female sections in each of up to 6 divisions as necessary with maximums of 26 events per division, 100 schools per division, and 100 entrants per event. Events are editable at any time so updating for effort improvements and late entries or scratches. The program will work for 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 lane pools. It supports either sex, metric or yards races, and up to 100 athletes per event. Any choice of lane assignment in preliminary races is available. Random placement is also available in all events if desired. A heat-switching routine that guarantees no school duplications in preliminary races (if possible) is provided. You have the choice of fast or slow heat first in races as finals versus time comparison. The program fills up the faster heats in races versus time. You have the choice of "program style" printouts or as "judges sheets" (for use at the start & finish). Also you have the choice of printing or not printing the pre-meet efforts. A diving competition organizational section is included as well.

SWIM MEET SCORER Windows (HTML Capabilites) or DOS only: Program capacities are as follows; Windows version supports an unlimited number of meet files. Each meet may have up to 100 schools (teams) competing. The Dos version supports up to 6 divisions with up to two sections in each division. There is a maximum of 100 schools (teams) per section. Sections may be male/female or same sex. (A / B, large school /small school, etc.). Within a division, the DOS program scores each section separately and also combines both sections (for a male/female school champion). With either the Windows or Dos versions, you input the events to be scored up to the maximum allowable number. These may be different for each division. You select the points per place scoring method desired. Individual events and relays may be scored differently if desired. Current team scores for any meet may be viewed at any point during the meet. Immediate printouts of event results or up-to-date team scores are available for the announcer at any point during the meet. The program prints winning relay team members and indicate new record performances if desired. The program handles ties in any event as necessary. An error-correction routine is included for correcting any typing errors that might occur during the meet. You may print a post-meet summary of the team scores and all the event results (with multiple copies if desired). Also a label printout routine is provided if you wish print mailing labels to stick on event medals and ribbons.
