. Park Enterprises now has eight (8) computer programs that can make your job as Athletic Director much easier. Programs #1 through #7 are available in your choice of three different computer platforms; (1) Windows, (2) DOS for IBM/compatibles, and (3) the Macintosh. Program #8, the "Schedules & Brackets" program, is available for Windows and IBM/ Compatibles. Please specify your computer type when ordering.

. 1. BUDGET: Input your estimates for the items needed, number required, and cost per item for up to 100 items in each of 20 different categories. Program calculates total item cost and keeps a running total of estimated budget. When it's time to buy, you input actual costs and numbers. Computer tracks how your actual expenditures compare with your budgeted ones and displays totals and amount over/under budget in each category. Data may be displayed on the screen or printed. You may alter any input any time so you can "play with" your budget estimates until they match your resources. With "Budget" you will always know where you stand money-wise.

. 2. INVENTORY: Twenty categories with up to 100 items in each for a total capacity of 2000 different items. Information on each item includes: number on hand, item name, ID or model number, condition, date purchased, plus a miscellaneous column. Printouts are available for each category or the entire inventory. You can edit any item in any category anytime so keeping track and updating is easy.

. 3. ROSTERS & LISTS: Initial input includes name, height, weight, grade, sex, birth date, parents, and phone number for up to 2000 students. You can edit this student data file at any time so yearly updating is simple. For any roster or list, there is a choice of up to 17 items. These include the 7 items found above plus light-color jersey number, dark jersey number, age (automatically calculated from birthday), plus 7 additional user-defined items for things such as playing position, family doctor, etc. Use some, any, or all of these. Also the 7 user-defined items may be employed for mailing lists and printed on 1-Up mailing labels or directly on envelopes. Information comes from the student file where possible. Roster sequence may be by jersey number, alphabetically, or alphabetically by grade. Names of coaches, cheerleaders, managers, school colors, mascot, etc. may be added. You may edit any roster or list at any time. There is a maximum of up to 100 names per roster or list.

. 4. SCHOOL EVENTS: Items include event, day/date, group involved, opponent (if a game), site of event, the starting time, and the departure time if necessary. Activities are organized by month. It's menu-driven with day/date selection made on a graphic calendar. The monthly schedule may be edited at any time. Events may be input in any order as data is sorted chronologically. Printouts may be weekly, monthly, graphic monthly, or yearly (12 consecutiv months). Program capacity for Windows version is up to 900 events per month (90 on Dos and Mac versions).

. 5. TRANSPORTATION: This program is similar to the "School Events" program. Input is monthly and items include event, group, day/date (via the graphics calendar), driver, Vehicle, destination, and departure time. You can add/change/delete any trip at any time. Program capacity for Windows version is up to 900 trips per month that are sorted chronologically (90 on Dos and Mac versions). Printouts can be weekly, monthly, graphic monthly, or yearly. Away games from the "School Events" program can be converted into the "Transportation" program avoiding double entry.

. 6. GAME CONTRACTS: This program writes contracts with opposing schools for athletic contests. Essential information such as times, places, dates, etc. for up to 300 contracts may be entered. There are special sections for financial terms and for any additional information required.-There are three (3) choices of printouts: (1) blank contract form, (2) full contract with all information, and (3) just information on the blanks of a program-generated, pre-printed form. There is visual display of all contracts on file plus full editing of any contract. Provision for the insertion of your state and governing association into the contract is provided.

. 7. OFFICIAL'S CONTRACTS: This program writes up to 300 contracts with various officials for athletic contests. Select officials from a menu with all personal data such as address, phone, etc. included automatically. Three choices of printout styles as found in the "Games Contracts" program (see #6 above). Full editing of the officials file or any contract. Provision for the insertion of your state and governing association into the contract is provided.
